A view of Iztaccíhuatl from the village of San Pedro
just outside of Amecameca in Mexico state. The large plant in the foreground is a Maguey from which the drink Pulque
is extracted, the drink is made from the roots of the plant and has
a long history in the Aztec culture. This place is situated on the way up to the Paso de Cortés (Cortés pass)
which bridges the two volcanos.
